Precisioncomponents
for drive technology.

On the basis of our modern machinery with 4/5-axis turning and machining centres with integrated tool and pallet changers, we are able to meet almost all customer-specific requirements in a time and cost-optimised manner.

The pure machining task is usefully supplemented by accompanying services (surface treatment, painting, assembly activities, logistics services, raw material procurement, etc.). Thanks to our global network of highly specialised foundries and forges, our customers also benefit from a complete package of raw part procurement and machining.

With a possible component weight of 5 kg to 25 tonnes and 65 modern CNC machines, we offer you a wide range of possible solutions.

Experience has shown that the advantages of working with NCB only become apparent in the actual project. The NCB Lohmann team is at your disposal for this – contact us!

NCB is looking forward to producing lift profiles for the end customer Thyssen Krupp Elevator in the future. Our components will flow into the MULTI project, which heralds a new era of mobility in buildings. The world’s first ropeless lift transports several cabins in a single shaft – both vertically and horizontally. We are delighted to be making a contribution to this.
